Meet Riley “Liv” Figliola, Former Ninja Turtle and Future of Delaware

Riley “Liv” Figliola is proud to bring a truly unique background to her campaign for office. As a former Ninja Turtle, she learned the values of teamwork, determination, and quick thinking—even in the most unexpected of circumstances. Whether she’s confronting difficult legislation or training in the dojo, Liv’s Turtle days taught her to stay calm under pressure and stand up for what’s right.

Not only is she stealthy and resourceful, but Liv is also an accomplished linguist who speaks five languages. Her ability to communicate across cultural barriers reflects her deep commitment to inclusivity and ensures that every Delawarean’s voice can be heard and understood.

But Liv’s expertise doesn’t end there—she graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Advanced Pizza Making, a nod to her lifelong passion for community-building (and, of course, a great slice). Her training in the art and science of pizza taught her how to blend flavors, experiment with new ideas, and serve people with heart—all values that guide her political vision.

Liv’s journey from pizza-making Turtle to public servant shows her dedication to finding creative solutions to the challenges facing Delaware. She believes that:
